Add a touch of tradition (and a lot of fun!) to your holiday season by learning how to make authentic Scandinavian lefse. In this hands-on workshop you will be guided step by step—from preparing the dough to rolling, flipping, and savoring warm, homemade lefse.
No experience is needed, and all ingredients and equipment are provided. Best of all, you’ll leave with your own batch of lefse to share at your holiday table—or to enjoy yourself before it even gets there!
Whether you’re carrying on a family tradition or starting a new one, this class will leave you with skills, memories, and delicious lefse to last well beyond the holidays.
